Advanced ACS Automatic Torque Limiter is a fully automatization overloads resistance electronic control system which has calculation function based on results of new technology innovation. Automatic Torque Limiter can exactly output 7 safety indication signals which are safety(torque), main boom angle, working radius, main boom length, max load, actual load, max lifting height so that the data can display on the screen. Therefore, the operator can simply and exactly judge the changing information of operation and finish the work safely and comfortably.

Display continuously 5 indications about operation

The machine graphic instrument panel has changed from finger to digital, especially 5 indications of safety, main boom angle, main boom length, working radius and max load, which means repeated button operation has all been transferred to digital display.

  With 3 kinds of jib installation lean angle structure, the long boom shows good ability in close operation of high lift.

Adopt full power flexing main boom

Main boom adopts new style full power flexing structure with orderly same length flexing control system. It has only one lever which can flex freely at the range of 10m(main boom full withdrawal) to 31m(main boom full stretch).

It can be used in various operations. There are three kinds of jib installation lean angle --5º,17º and 30º, which can be of great help in the operation close to the buildings.

Jib lean angle used to be 5°and30°.The machine adopts 5º,17º and 30º angle 3-step switch mode which is easy to operate. It can be of great help in buildings and other high lift operation in narrow work site, which is closer to buildings.

With efficient pulley at the tip of the boom, easy to install the rope.

  The spacious cab improve further the comfort and convenience of the operation.

The spacious cab has a comfortable operation environment.

The spacious and bright cab has comfortable hue. Its door can slide open which is very convenient for the operator to enter or exit the cab, and it won’t obstruct crane operation when the door is open. There is a clearstory on the cab roof, which can keep good ventilation. Both the lever length and the operator seat can be adjusted to suit the operator and make him comfortable. As the design of the crane focuses on operator convenience, the operator may not feel tired even working continuously for a long time.

There is a convenient pedal under the hoister lever for dual operation.

　　The operation device in the cab makes full use of advanced electronic technology. With the graphic instrument panel as core, all kinds of instruments and levers are displaced in the position where is convenient for observing, so the operator can be absorbed in operating the crane safely.

  Independent drive hoister with automatic brake device can further improve the efficiency, speed and operability. 

The independent drive main and sub hoisters make full use of the dual operaion.

The machine has two independent drive hoisters with powerful automatic brake device.
As the main and sub hoisters are both equipped with automatic brake device, they can avoid dangerous accidents caused by wrong operation which need no more repeatable pedal brake operation and release the operators fatigue.

Hoister has two speed gears.

Because it has a structure of two hydraulic oil circuit interflow, it can lead the rope speed to two speed gear (high and low) by operating only the respective lever of main and sub hoisters without reducing the lift performance.

It adopts quadruplex hydraulic pump system which ensure the high efficiency and good operation performance.

Because of the adoption of powerful quadruplex hydraulic pump, it can carry through 4 operations at the same time which are the lift of hoister hook, the flexing and lifting of boom and slewing. Each of them can act rapidly, efficiently and independently.
