It can correctly show 7 safety indexes with digital display
It adopts the newest microcomputer ACS ”automatic overweight resistance device ” which is an advanced electronic system with internal calculation function. This device can correctly show 7 safety indexes, such as safety degree(overall moment), arm angle, working radius, arm length, load limit, actual load, and maximum lift height,. The readout figures display on the graphic instrument panel, so that the operator can simply estimate safety conditions at times, and thus ensure peace of mind.
It can continuously display 5 safety indexes
The graphic instrument panel on this machine uses digital display to replace traditional pointer.
So there is no need to operate various buttons especially for the five indexes, such as “safety degree, arm angle, arm length, working radius, and load limit ”.

  When lifting a heavy load, the new strong arm has low “longitudinal flexural, transversal flexural”, so it can be widely used!

The low longitudinal flexural strong Fullpower arm 
When lifting a heavy load, the new strong arm which has low “longitudinal flexural, transversal flexural” can be easily operated and can further improve work efficiency and safety.

The strong Fullpower arm adopts the succession equal-length flex control system. It can perform high speed crane operation within the range of 11-35 meters only by one lever, even in the operation of high lift.
The long arm that can further improve performance in high lift and long distance operation.
The machine adopts 5º,17º and 30ºsub-arm supplementary angle 3-step switch mode, which can be of great help in the operation of framework assembly and other high lift operation in narrow work site.

The low longitudinal flexural strong Fullpower arm
The arm lift cylinder features large variable angle(-2º～+8º),and the installation place is near the back so that it is easy to swing out or draw back the sub-arm and thus improves crane efficiency.
Large scale pulley that can extend the rope’s life 
The pulley which works with winding rope and arm flexing has a diameter that is 23 times bigger than the diameter of the rope. This kind of large pulley will not make the rope wear too much , thus can extend the rope’s life

Easy-mounted “front swing ”sub-arm in narrow work sites
When truck crane runs, the sub-arm folds under the arm and when in use,it swings ahead. So the installation mode is very simple. Compared with sub-arms that fold at the side when the crane runs and swing transversally when in use, the “front swing ”sub-arm does not take too much space and it is easy to install. What’s more, it can also be easily installed in narrow work site.
Auto overweight resistance device can control crane performance according to the condition of Supporting Legs
The supporting legs can be adjusted to two Lateral span as 6.6 meters and 4.6 meters. We should choose appropriate span according to specific conditions. The “microcomputer controlled ”auto overweight resistance device is adopted which can control operation safety according to the state of supporting legs. Thus the operator can have peace of mind even in heavy load or high lift operation
